1. We only welcome SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY.

2. We are selling a PRE ORDER kain sulaman from Bukit Tinggi Indonesia except it is stated a ready stock items.

3. ALL PRICES IS FIXED. Price bargaining will not be entertained.

4. For pre order items, we need 80% DEPOSIT of the total amount purchase. The balance 20% need to be pay upon delivery goods.

5. NON-REFUNDABLE if cancel order.

6. Once u place the order, NO EXCHANGE or SUBSTITUTION is allowed.

7. The color of kain/embroidery may be DIFFER from actual due to resolution camera. Plz get confirm from us for the real color before place an order.

8. All sulaman items need AT LEAST 1 MONTH of embroider process from the pre order closing date except for SSC, BKJS and SKP which will take 1-2 months to complete.

9. We are NOT LIABLE for any lost or damaged during shipping process. Therefore, we guarantee all orders will be checked as soon as possible before send.
